It is the duty of every human being to do good to others. No matter what religion we follow, we must treat others well if we want to be treated well too. The fruit of good deeds is often not only a reward for a person, even while still in the world the deeds done can return to him unexpectedly.
As in the following story. Good deeds that are done consistently and patiently turn out to give extraordinary wisdom to a woman.
*****
There was a woman who made bread for her family’s meals every day. Every day, this woman makes extra bread to give to other people who pass by her house. He put the bread in the window of his house for anyone who wanted to take it.

Every day, someone who had bent over came and took the bread. But instead of thanking him and showing friendliness, the man grumbled some words he used to say every day. This is roughly what he said: “Your wicked deeds will stay with you, your good deeds will come back to you.”

This goes on continuously, day after day. The hunchbacked man always came and took the bread while saying something by saying, “Your wicked deeds will stay with you, your good deeds will come back to you.” The woman annoyed with him, “Instead of thanking..,” he said to himself.

‘Every day that guy says the same thing, what does that mean?’ thought the woman. One day, she suddenly had the urge to get rid of the hunchbacked man. He intended to make bread with poison in it. However, when he was about to put it on the window, he trembled and came to his senses. “What have I done?” he said. Someone finally burned down the bread and he replaced it with regular bread. Like the previous days, the man came again and kept saying the same thing, oblivious to the inner battle within the woman.

“Your wicked deeds will stay with you, your good deeds will come back to you.”
The woman’s son went wandering far from where he lived. And he had received no news of his son’s whereabouts for months. This woman continued to pray that I would give her son safety and could return to him.

That night, I knocked the door of her house from outside, the woman opened the door of her house and surprised to see the child standing in front of her. His son looked very thin, apparently he was starving.

The child looked at his mother and said, “Mother, this is a miracle. When I was far from here, I exhausted and fainted. I might have starved to death, but at that moment a hunchback came across and gave me a piece of bread,” said the child. The man said, “This is what I eat every day. Today I have to give it to you because you need it more than I do.”

Then suddenly her mother’s face turned pale, and she leaned against the wall. She remembered the poisoned bread she had almost given to the hunchback this morning. If only he had given it to that hunchback, of course it would be his child he would have poisoned with his own hands. Finally he realized the meaning of the word the hunchback always said, “Your wicked deeds will stay with you, your good deeds will come back to you.”
